Provide a way to access tracked/watched threads (outside search)

The ability to track topics is one of my favourite features in Discourse, but right now there seems to be no way to access your tracked/watched topics once you read the updates to them (I hope I didn't miss anything here, but the only thing I found was this older feature request, which mixes two requests in one topic).

The use case for this is that I often read the updates to tracked topics, but I don't have time to write a reply immediately. And when I come back later to do so, I have to dig up the topic either manually or via search. I think it would be quite convenient to have access to the list of tracked topics right away, without resorting to search.

I was thinking that this actually could go just before Unread in the navigation header of the main content (see screenshot with annotation below). However, accessing it via the user menu would probably be fine, too.
