Now being new and having done a few searches I wonder if such an option/plugin exists :
Adding a private note inside a thread with sensitive data only visible for mods and/or chosen users.I don't know if anyone is familiar with a french foss mature ticketing/asset management system called GLPI but here is how the option look like :
