We need button to format post content using AI and to be compatible with AI SEO, are there anything like this.

There is currently the AI helper where you can enter a custom prompt in the composer to proofread and format (eg in codeblocks) text:

I tried this proofreading option, but it is not formatting the post it is correcting the words

Perhaps try the custom prompt? Could you also elaborate further on “formatting” - are you referring to formatting in codeblocks, Markdown etc? Thanks.

Maybe what @hameedacpa means, is the ability to add your own custom personas to the composer AI helper menu?

That would be an amazing addition. Our use case is for example to help our advertising clients to apply specific formatting for their promotional content (e.g. promotional offers, coupon codes etc) and optimize it for click rates etc

This is something that has been in our minds for a while, even allowing non-staff to create AI helper personas that can be invoked frequently when composing.

Not something we are currently working on, but we'd love to get there in the coming year.

As if the world needs more AI formatted posts?

It gets so tiring to read too many headings, emojis, emboldened text and bullet points and makes the post look artificial and AI generated (which is a turnoff). I tend to only skim read these then move on. They are not "human-friendly"

So I believe there is also a downside, but each to their own.

Not something we are currently working on, but we’d love to get there in the coming year.

That would be fantastic!Our use cases are, for example:

  • Translate with custom persona to a specific preselected language
    • Currently, only the user’s profile language is available
    • e.g., we have an EN speaking business account that set forum lang to EN but wants to publish posts in German while still preserving industry-specific jargon.
  • Rephrase some “gibberish” malformed, misspelled text into a readable, structured format.
    • We actually have some users with dyslexia that would benefit from this.
  • Reformat/Restructure text into a predefined (post) template.
    • Saves time and energy when “brain dumping” ideas/text so that I don’t have to meticulously fill the gaps after pasting a post template

Edit: What could be a viable minimal start is to allow admins in Persona settings for it to be added to AI helper menu. When enabled, maybe display a conditional text field in persona settings for further instructions or output format when used through AI helper menu…
