Some users (me included) would rather have timestamps (e.g. chat message timestamps, or these: [date=2024-08-06 time=21:30:00 timezone="America/Chicago"]) in 24 hour time instead of 12 hour time.
Having a toggle option for this in user preferences would be awesome if it's not too hard to implement.
