Users on my forum would love to automatically follow some tags, but the ability to hide some of those tagged discussions when hiding other tags.
Right now, hidden tags are taking priority over the followed tags.
For example, right now, I can configure Discourse to automatically follow TAG A, but hide TAG B. Everything with TAG B will be hidden, even if it have TAG A on it. I want to see everything with TAG A, except those with TAG B.
There is an option to do just that with WATCHED categories and tags (but it seems a bit janky, you have to choose a category to follow to show the option, even if you want to only use tags). It would be nice to extend it with followed tags.
