I can't find anything about this on meta or when searching my Discourse settings so thought I'd ask here.
Is there any functionality in Discourse Core or through a plugin/theme component that allows a short description of changes made to a topic?
I am setting up a category with the Doc plugin. The topics I will index in the plugin will only be edited by specific user levels and when changes are made I would like sort of a change log at the bottom of the topic. Does this exist?
I looked at the Revision functionality and Footnote features but those don't really fit what I am looking for.
