Is that would be possible to add a button for staff users somewhere next to ai summary button which can find the possible solutions for the topic? It would be really helpful and a real timesaver for staff if a topic has hundreds of reply.
It works something like ai summary but instead of summarize topic it compare which is the best answer for solution and list it.
Probably it’s possible with persona too but I think would be better with a dedicated button.
